The Rural Political Ecology Approach focuses on developing and advancing rural creative industries, using Cornwall, Jamaica, and Cornwall UK as case studies. It aims to understand how rural creative practitioners define spaces or places through their experiences to influence changes in place-based policy design. This research was done in collaboration with Creative UK and was funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, Midlands4Cities, and De Montfort University, Leicester.
